Verdant Hollow Farm

From shingle removal to carpentry, metal roofing, and the installation of board and batten siding, this project progressed beautifully. We also completed concrete flatwork and installed a trench drain, adding to the functionality and aesthetics of the farm.

Office Renovation
Earlier this year, our previous company, Green Construction and Engineering, completed this office renovation project. The improvements were cosmetic, but the positive impact on the workspace was amazing!
Driveway
Our previous company, Green Construction and Engineering, recently completed this driveway replacement project! The owner was out of town for a week, so we removed the existing asphalt drive and replaced it with concrete before the owner returned. We widened the driveway, added parking spaces for functionality, filled topsoil along the edges, and restored the disturbed ground. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Land Clearing
Our previous company, Green Construction and Engineering, recently completed this transformative land clearing project! The homeowners would like to build a pole barn, but couldn't in fear of these massive pine trees falling and damaging the proposed structure. The overhead electric service to the house had been repeatedly disconnected by falling trees over the years. We worked with AEP to disconnect the service wire, drop all the trees that could impact the wire, and reinstall the service in an 8 hour period! We removed approximately 150 trees, 100' of 10' tall fencing, and the retaining wall. Then we graded the land and restored the disturbed ground with grass seed and straw. The homeowners were great to work with throughout this project. We couldn't be happier to complete this work and make this land more useful for their family.

Gravel Roadway
Our previous company, Green Construction and Engineering, recently installed this gravel roadway in New Buffalo Township. Our work included grading the existing driveway to a consistent width and cross slope, placing and compacting 22A road gravel, then topping the road with compacted slag.
