The First Presbyterian Church in Buchanan contacted us after a section of their retaining wall failed. Due to the height of the wall and the proximity to the Church's parking lot, this project required an engineered set of plans. Our engineer was able to design the replacement wall and stairs. Then we seamlessly transitioned into the construction phase after receiving all the required approvals. When unknown pre-existing conditions arose during construction, our engineer was able to work with officials from both the Church and the City of Buchanan to efficiently find solutions and continue making forward progress without significant loss of time!
